Our Business Overview

We are a Malaysian Electronics Contract Manufacturing (CM) entity that provides manufacturing services to several MNC's. Our repertoire of service encompasses the manufacture of commercial & industrial range products, with focus on complete box-builds for the communications and consumer industries.

Our turnkey manufacturing services provides for stand-alone supply chain management and concurrent engineering. The distinguishing core of our turnkey-manufacturing competency lies within our business strategy and technical expertise. We target the high mix & low to moderate volume markets for niche industrial/commercial products that may require our expertise in advanced manufacturing processes or complex testing requirements.

Through partnership initiatives with well-grounded customers such as Motorola, we have evolved our engineering and test systems expertise to cater for the manufacture of RF technology such as 2-way mobile radio transceivers and related communications accessories. We are however not limited to this, as our product line will attest to a wide range of other sophisticated & technologically complex products such as compact high-density power converters, chargers and text monitor boards.

Aside to this, our Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) initiatives bring us to the forefront of the product's design aspect, especially in the DFM and DFT areas.

BCM religiously employs the six-sigma methodology at every strata of our organization. It is rooted in BCM's very foundation and especially apparent in our quality systems.

A comprehensive warranty control program also accompanies BCM's multi-point worldwide distribution management.

Our production site is a brand new 220,000 sq. ft state of the art facility that is located on a two hectare site in the Kulim Hi-Tech Industrial Park (Kedah State). Everything from its location to its architectural design was laid out by us to complement our business model and growth forecast.

This facility currently operates a total of 43 production lines and is equipped with advanced state of the art Fuji and Sanyo SMD machines. Our combined total workforce including those of indirect labor amounts to in excess of 1,100 personnel.
