BCM has a unique process and team dedicated to supporting the demands of new product introductions. Our NPI process is insulated from the demands of larger production runs, ensuring the constant focus and attention you need. As a result, we report faster time to prototype.
 

Most CM's prefer to get involved after the design work is done. At BCM, we thrive on getting involved early on in the developmental stage, because of our expertise, experience and capability in to support various levels of Design for Manufacturability (D.F.M.) and Design for Testability (D.F.T.) requirements.

Our NPI squad will render all technical support until pilot approval and line stabilization is attained, at which point the program will be handed over to the inheriting business unit. We call this our NPI/Business Unit Handshake.

Where relevant, your NPI project will be staffed by one or more:
• Product Engineers (or Project Managers)
• Test and Software Engineers
• S.M.T. & A.I. Engineers
• Industrial Engineers
• Process/Product Engineers from the inheriting Business Unit (for a "learning curve free" NPI/BU handshake)
• Quality Engineers
• A supply chain liaison

Our NPI team is like a "tactical SWAT team" and their objective is speed to the market. We do whatever it takes to meet and exceed the customer requirement. Our goal is to reduce the current processes in order to deliver the goods in less than normal lead times.
